There are several places to eat in Godshill which you might like to walk or cycle to through the beautiful and abundant footpaths and bridleways which surround the property, or you can drive, it’s only 5 minutes.

Another beautiful walk 10 mins from the farm along scenic footpaths. You can go out the garden and across the orchard, over the gate and then turn right and follow the footpath to Appuldurcombe House – the shell of a large 18th-century English Baroque country house of the Worsley family. Open 10 – 4 every day but not Saturday as often used for weddings or films. It’s English Heritage and FREE to enter. A lovely walk.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You have the left half of this large house all for you. NO Central heating so no bookings between November and April. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times when outdoors and not allowed to climb on walls, staddlestones or enter any of the farm outbuildings.
